The Harangi elephant camp reopened on 5 Sept 2026 with strict rules (10 m barricade, no touching), so it is also a limited experience. Skip unless you are passing.
A masonry dam across the Harangi river, a tributary of the Kaveri, near Hudgur village in Kushalnagar taluk. A new elephant camp was inaugurated here in August 2022.
